COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA

Following the regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) we collect only data:

• provided by site visitors on a voluntary basis,

• in order to fulfill our services,

• and the related communication with our clients.

STORING PERSONAL DATA

Personal data are being stored with the sole purpose of executing orders, providing services, or other requested actions by the customer. Data is stored locally with regard to secrecy and confidentiality and is not shared with 3rd parties. The duration of storing clients' data is dependent on the services provided; however, data is being stored only as long as necessary – a periodic review and erasure of old data sets is being conducted by the responsible controller on a 3-year basis.
